Ingredients

  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 100 ml Forest master syrup
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of dry white wine
  • 1 (750 ml) Bottle of dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Wash the lemons, rub dry and cut into thin slices. Put lemon slices, woodruff syrup and 1/4 litre white wine in a jug. Leave to soak for about 30 minutes. Fill up with well chilled remaining wine and sparkling wine
