  • 1 piece(s) Horseradish
  • 7-10 Tbsp (about 100 g)
  • 2 (150 g each) Mugs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp pinch of salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice

    Wash and peel the horseradish and peel thin strips with a peeler. Mix crème fraîche with salt and lemon juice. Fold in horseradish.
