Finely crush the allspice grains in a mortar. Mix the oat flakes, sugar and allspice and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Take out and let cool down. Cut apple rings and papaya pieces a little smaller.
