  • 1 TABLESPOON Allspice seeds
  • 350 g crunchy oats
  • 100 g brown cane sugar
  • 125 g dried apple rings
  • 150 g dried papaya bits
  • 125 g dried cranberries
  • 150 g Cornflakes
  • baking paper

Directions

    Finely crush the allspice grains in a mortar. Mix the oat flakes, sugar and allspice and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Take out and let cool down. Cut apple rings and papaya pieces a little smaller. Mix the oat flakes, apple rings, papaya, cranberries and cornflakes and put them into packages or glasses to give away
