Put the baking mix in a bowl, add the fat pieces and eggs. Mix everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, first briefly at the lowest setting, then at the highest setting for about 1 minute to a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Spray curls (approx. 5 cm Ø) onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 175- 200 ° C/ gas: level 2-3) for approx. 15 minutes.
Let the pastry cool down on a cake rack. In the meantime beat the egg whites with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff. Sprinkle in icing sugar and beat until the mixture is spreadable.
Stir in the cinnamon. Spread 20 biscuits partly or completely with it and sprinkle with brittle, sugar crystals and chocolate sprinkles. Dissolve milk and dark chocolate coating in a warm water bath. Spread half of the remaining curls and sprinkle with the same.
Results in about 50 pieces.
