  • 1 washer (50 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 3 tablespoons (20 g each) granular cream cheese (3,9 % fat)
  • 4 discs (16 g) boiled egg
  • 3 discs (45 g) Tomato
  • 1-2 stem(s) chives and coarsely ground pepper to garnish

Directions

    Spread the wholemeal bread with the cream cheese and cover with the egg and tomato slices. Cut the chives into small rolls and sprinkle the coarsely ground pepper over the bread.
