White wine punch with ginger and pineapple

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pineapple in pieces
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 25 g fresh ginger
  • 1 l dry white wine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp thinly peeled peel
  • 7-10 Tbsp of 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS white cocoa liqueur

Directions

    Drain the pineapple on a sieve, collecting the juice. Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise. Peel and slice the ginger. Heat up white wine, vanilla pod, pineapple juice, sugar, lemon peel and ginger and let stand for a while.

    Pour through a sieve at will. Add cocoa liquor and pineapple pieces. Pour into glasses and serve.
