Ingredients

  • 200 ml Vodka with blood orange taste
  • 200 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 4 Tangerines
  • 6 Coated Tsp demerara sugar
  • 0,5 l dry champagne

Directions

    Mix vodka and grapefruit juice, pour into ice cube containers and freeze, preferably overnight. Wash the mandarins and cut them into pieces. Place in glasses in portions and crush with brown sugar. Spread ice cubes on top and fill up with sparkling wine
