Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 Glass of raspberry brandy (2 cl)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3/4 l Milk
  • 125 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Defrost the raspberries. Then puree and mix with raspberry brandy, sugar and vanillin sugar. Add cold milk and whipped cream and whip until frothy with the whisk of the hand mixer.

    Divide into four glasses, add a straw and serve immediately.
