Ingredients

  • 8 half-dried plums
  • 16 cl Plum brandy
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 1/2 l Rosé wine
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 8 Candy stickers or candy to sweeten

Directions

    Pour 8 cl of plum water over the plums and leave to soak for 30 minutes. Wash the lemon with hot water and peel the rind thinly. Slowly heat the rosé wine, the rest of the plum water, the peeled lemon rind and the cinnamon sticks (do not boil).

    Put one plum in each glass and pour the hot punch over it. Serve with rock candy sticker or sweeten with rock candy.
