Clean and wash the white cabbage and cut or slice into fine strips. Peel, wash and finely dice carrots
Mix orange juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Mix with cabbage and carrots. Leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
Chop nuts. Wash parsley and chop except for one thing. Wash the apple and cut out the core. Or quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut into slices or columns
Season the white cabbage and carrot raw vegetables to taste again. Serve with apple slices. Sprinkle with nuts and parsley. Garnish with the rest of the parsley and possibly with orange slices
If you like, you can replace the freshly squeezed orange juice in the marinade with apple juice or lemon juice
