White bread with an avocado cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 g Bacon cubes
  • 50 g red pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 discs White bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges and parsley

Directions

    Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into fine rings.

    Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and crush finely with a fork. Stir in paprika, garlic and chilli. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice. Spread breads with the cream and garnish with lemon and parsley.
