Ingredients

  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS condensed milk
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix quark, eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisks of the hand mixer. Mix flour and baking powder. First stir into the quark mixture with the whisks, then knead into a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer

    Using 2 tablespoons, place 9-12 piles of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes.

    Spread the rolls with condensed milk about 3 minutes before the end of the baking time and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. Remove the rolls and let them cool down. Serve with butter, jam or honey
