Line 2 baking trays with baking paper, spread wafers on top. Beat the egg white and vodka until stiff, adding 1 pinch of salt and icing sugar. Fold in coconut
Use an ice-cream scoop (5 cm Ø) or 2 teaspoons to cut out approx. 30 hemispheres and place them on the wafers. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/gas: level 1) on the lowest shelf (gas: see oven manufacturer) for approx. 25 minutes. Let them cool down
Put the glaze bag in hot water for about 10 minutes. Pour the glaze into a bowl. Dip the biscuits into it overhead, drain them on a grid and sprinkle with sugar crystals. Allow to dry
