Vesper-bean salad with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 can(s) (425 ml each) white beans
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 g Black Forest Ham in thin slices
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1⁄2 Federation Chives

Directions

    Pour the beans into a sieve, rinse and drain. Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut ham into thin strips. Mix everything.

    Mix vinegar with 2 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the oil down in a thin stream. Mix vinaigrette and salad. Season to taste again. Wash the chives, shake dry, cut into small rolls and sprinkle over the salad.
