Carrot and kohlrabi salad with sesame and coriander

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/2 Kohlrabi,
  • 2 Carrots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Agave syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of one lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Stem Coriander
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame

Directions

    Cut the spring onion into fine rings, peel and finely grate the kohlrabi and carrots.

    Mix vinegar, oil, lemon and agave syrup to a dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Pour over the salad. Leave to stand for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle sesame and finely chopped coriander over it and let it taste!
