Ingredients

  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 4 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS black olives

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into long pieces. Fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for about 5 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into thin strips. Wash cucumber and cut into thin slices.

    For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix the prepared ingredients, olives and vinaigrette. Serve the salad. Serve with baguette.
