Vegetable sticks and crispy sticks with three dips

Ingredients

  • 3 Onions
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Vinegar
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 2 Federation flat leaf parsley
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 package ( 400 g ) Fresh baking tray pizza dough yeast dough rolled out rectangularly on baking paper (37 x 25 cm)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 2 TABLESPOONS coarse salt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 500 g fine carrots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Onions peel, very finely dice. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Heat jam briefly, simmer diced 1 onion for about 2 minutes.

    Stir in the diced tomatoes. Remove from the heat, season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Wash and chop the basil, stir in half. Wash and chop parsley as well. Mix the remaining onion cubes, chopped herbs and sour cream.

    Season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash the orange, grate the peel, squeeze the juice. Mix garlic, mayonnaise, yoghurt, 1/2 teaspoon orange peel and 1-2 teaspoons juice.

    Season with salt and pepper. Allow all dips to stand and season to taste again before serving. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Put them close together on long skewers.

    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of orange juice, season with salt and pepper and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Then fry for 3-5 minutes in 2 tablespoons of hot olive oil while turning. Roll out the pizza dough. Sprinkle one half with sesame seeds, one with coarse salt.

    Dust the dough plate with some flour. Cut about 20 strips from it. Take each strip twice and turn it inside out. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes. Clean, wash and peel the vegetables if necessary and cut them into strips for dipping.
