  • 5 fresh egg yolks (Gr. M)
  • 125 g Icing sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 2 TEASPOONS natural vanilla aroma

Directions

    Whisk the egg yolks and icing sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 10 minutes at highest speed until creamy

    Add cream and whip everything else for about 7 minutes. Stir in rum and vanilla flavouring for approx. 3 minutes. Fill and store in a cool place. Shake liqueur well before serving
