Two kinds of stuffed dates

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 20 Dates (approx. 25 g each)
  • 20 Almond kernels without skin
  • 10 discs streaky smoked bacon
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 60 g Gorgonzola cheese

Directions

    Cut open the dates and remove the stones. Fill 10 dates with 2 almonds each. Wrap each date with a slice of bacon. Heat the oil in a small pan. Fry the bacon dates for 2-3 minutes at medium heat, turning them over, and remove them.

    Dice the cheese and fill it into the remaining dates. Arrange dates in bowls or on plates.
