Stuffed vegetables with pepper-Obatzter

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 250 g big cherry tomatoes
  • 3-4 stalks of celery
  • 4-6 oblong peppers or 3 normal sized (approx. 50 g each)
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 200 g Soft cheese with green pepper
  • 200 g Edible quark (20 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Peel the cucumber if necessary, cut it into thick slices, cut a lid off the tomatoes and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the celery into pieces of about 4 cm length. Halve small peppers lengthwise, remove seeds. Quarter large bell peppers lengthwise, remove seeds.

    Wash and finely chop the chives. Dice cheese, knead with curd cheese, season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Pour cheese mixture into the prepared vegetables. Arrange and sprinkle with chive rolls
