Cleaning and washing vegetables. Peel the cucumber if necessary, cut it into thick slices, cut a lid off the tomatoes and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the celery into pieces of about 4 cm length. Halve small peppers lengthwise, remove seeds. Quarter large bell peppers lengthwise, remove seeds.
