Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g young leaf spinach
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 500 g Gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g smoked salmon

Directions

    Read out the spinach, wash it. Clean mushrooms, possibly wash and halve. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Fry the gnocchi for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Remove the gnocchi. Heat 3 tbsp.

    butter in hot frying fat. Fry mushrooms, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and sauté. Add cream and 1⁄4 l water, bring to the boil. Add spinach and let it collapse in the closed pan.

    Pick salmon into pieces. Season sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fold in gnocchi and salmon and warm up briefly.
