Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin strips. Cut the ham into strips. Clean mushrooms, wash briefly and cut in half. Wash and halve tomatoes. Wash sage and cut into fine strips.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meat for about 3 minutes. Add ham and fry for another 2 minutes until crispy.
Season with salt and pepper and remove.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat. Fry mushrooms and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, deglaze with Marsala, 1⁄4 l water and cream. Stir in meat and ham and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Dress everything.
