Turkey escalope on rice

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 50 g Wild rice mixture
  • 100 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) rubbed. Parmesan
  • 1 tsp (5 g) oil, 1 onion
  • 2 (approx. 150 g) Tomatoes

Directions

    Boil 1/8 l salted water. Cover the rice and let it swell at low heat for about 20 minutes. Wash meat, dab dry and turn in cheese. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper

    Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Add both to the schnitzel, fry for about 2 minutes and season. Arrange everything
