Mexican turkey burger with salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 Meat tomato (approx. 350 g)
  • 1 Onion (approx. 50 g)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) red pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 120 g Turkey Breast
  • 4 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomato, cut in half horizontally. Cut one half into small cubes. Peel and halve onion and garlic. Onion in half rings, garlic in slices cut. Quarter peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips.

    Rinse and clean spring onion, cut lengthwise. Rinse turkey meat, dab dry. Rinse coriander. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small saucepan, fry onion and garlic in it. Add the diced tomatoes and strips of bell pepper, cover and steam for about 8 minutes

    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated frying pan, fry the meat for about 6 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, keep warm. Place half a beef tomato in the stock with the cut side down and fry for about 5 minutes. After 3 minutes, place the spring onion in the pan with the cut side down. Season tomato salsa with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Put some coriander leaves aside for garnishing, chop remaining leaves and stir into the salsa. Arrange fried tomato half and spring onion on a plate. Layer meat and salsa on the tomato half one after the other. Garnish with remaining coriander, sprinkle with pepper
