Hard boil eggs. Quench, peel. Cooling. Peel and chop onion. Drain tuna, mash with onion and capers. Stir in mayonnaise. Seasoning
Wash the salad and pluck a little smaller. Cut the peppers into pieces and divide the eggs into slices. Debark the toast. Spread 5 slices with tuna fish.
Cut all slices in half. Cover tuna toast with eggs, bell peppers and salad. Place the remaining halves of toast on top. If necessary, wrap with sandwich paper or white napkin strips
