Salmon ceviche with avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 300 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 Pot of coriander
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 ripe, but firm avocado

Directions

    Wash lime hot, grate dry, grate peel thinly, halve fruit and squeeze juice. Wash salmon, dab dry and cut into short strips. Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves from stalks and chop. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into fine rings

    Mix prepared ingredients and oil and season with salt. Halve the avocado, remove the core, remove the flesh from the skin, dice and fold the avocado into the ceviche. On 16 appetizer or finger food spoons
