Ingredients

Servings: 48
  • 2 packs (à 400 g) fresh baked pizza dough (yeast dough with olive oil; rolled out rectangularly on baking paper ready for baking; 37 x 25 cm; refrigerated shelf)
  • 250 g Salami in small slices
  • 150 g Pizza cheese, grated
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried Italian herbs
  • baking paper

Directions

    Unroll the pizza dough. Cut out approx. 24 circles (each approx. 6 cm Ø) from each dough. Spread them on 3 baking trays lined with baking paper. Cover half of the circles with salami slices. For the other half, finely dice the salami slices.

    Cover remaining circles with it.

    Spread cheese on all pizzas. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) one after the other for 10-12 minutes.
