Wash the strawberries, dab dry and put 4 pieces on each skewer. Mix cinnamon and sugar and place on a flat plate. Dip glass edges (champagne flute type) first in water, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Put ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Add Tequila, Crème de Cacao, cream, milk and grenadine. Close the shaker and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker begins to fog up. Distribute evenly over the 4 glasses. Decorate with 1 strawberry skewer each and serve immediately
