Ingredients

  • 2 packs Physalis
  • 350 g green pesto cheese
  • 350 g red pesto cheese
  • 2 packages (150 g each) Mini mozzarella balls
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 Figs

Directions

    2 Physalis aside. Remove the skin from the remaining physalis. Cut off the rind of the pesto cheese. Cut both pesto cheeses into equal-sized, bite-sized cubes. Drain the mozzarella balls

    Wash apples, grate them dry, cut them straight so that they are stable. Put 1 mozzarella ball and 1 red cheese cube each on skewers. Put 1 physalis ball and 1 green cheese cube also on 1 skewer each. Stick the cheese skewers into the apples all around, leaving some space for the figs on the top

    Wash the figs, carefully dab dry and cut off the stalk. Cut the figs crosswise from the top side until halfway. Press on the figs, place on the apples, turn up the remaining physalis and place in the figs
