Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 6 personnes
  • 200 g flaky pastry
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 jar of olives stuffed with pepper (about 120 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 egg yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 teaspoon of milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp - sel
  • 7-10 Tbsp - poivre.

Directions

    Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 2 to 3 mm and cut out 5 x 8 cm rectangles.

    Place a pepper-stuffed olive in the centre. Wrap this olive with a twisting motion at both ends. Brown in beaten egg with a little milk and bake on a sheet of baking paper for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
