Drain the canned tomatoes, collecting the juice. Mix juice and vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Fold in the oil. Chop the canned tomatoes and stir into the marinade
Mix the salad ingredients and marinade and leave to soak. Before serving, crumble the cheese and sprinkle over it. Garnish with parsley if desired.
