Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 175 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 75 g Butter
  • 200 g Limburger soft cheese
  • 100 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g Pork sausage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard seeds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dried marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • several sheets Picking salad
  • 4 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 2 Baguette breads (approx. 400 g each)
  • 50 g Roasted onions

Directions

    For the cheese cream, peel and finely dice onions. Mix cream cheese and butter. Finely dice Limburger. Drain tomatoes and dice finely. Add Limburger to the cream cheese mixture and mash with a fork.

    Mix in ##onions## and ##tomatoes##. Season with salt and pepper. For the hunter's mince, knead the mince, ##mustard seeds## and marjoram. Season with pepper and paprika.

    Wash the salad and shake dry. ##Marjoram## wash, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Cut baguette breads into 5 equal pieces. Cut each piece open.

    If desired, cover some pieces of bread with salad leaves. Spread the cheese cream on half of the lower halves. Spread the hunter's mince on the other 5 lower halves, sprinkle with roasted onions and marjoram.

    Place the baguette lid on top and press down gently.
