Ingredients

  • 4 Hot dog buns (250 g)
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 glass (720 ml) Danish cucumber salad
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 (380 g / separation weight 190 g) Glasses Mini Vienna sausages
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions

Directions

    Cut the bread roll into slices. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in portions in a frying pan. Fry the slices of bread in portions for approx. 3 minutes each while turning them until crispy. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey.

    Add 6 tbsp. of oil drop by drop. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber. Pour cucumber salad into a sieve. Clean, wash and halve iceberg lettuce and cut into short strips. Mix iceberg lettuce, cucumber salad, cucumber, sausages and vinaigrette.

    Fold in slices of bread. Arrange salad in small bowls and sprinkle with roasted onions. Ketchup tastes good with it.
