Cook tortellini in boiling salted water for 12-14 minutes (or prepare according to package instructions)
Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry onions briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with cream and milk and let it boil down for about 5 minutes
Cook the peas for the last 2-3 minutes. Crumble the cheese. Melt in the sauce while stirring. If necessary thicken and season to taste. Serve with the tortellini
