Ingredients

  • 500 g Sweet potatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 package (400 g) Gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Harissa
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 150 g Goat cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes

Directions

    Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a very large frying pan, fry the potato cubes over medium heat for about 8 minutes, turning several times. In the meantime wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and dice onion and garlic. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop. Remove the potato cubes from the pan and set aside.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot frying pan. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add onion, garlic and gnocchi and fry for about 2 minutes. Fold in tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and harissa and sweat briefly.

    Add 250 ml water and sour cream, bring everything to the boil. Fold in potato cubes, heat up. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese, parsley and chili flakes.
