Wash the zucchini and halve lengthwise. Then cut off 4 thin slices (use the rest of the zucchini for other purposes). Wash lettuce and tomato. Cut tomato into slices. Arrange on 4 plates with lemon slices
Cut cheese into 8 thalers. Wrap 4 thalers with 1 zucchini slice and 4 with 1 ham slice each, stick them tight
Mix pesto, lemon juice and sugar. Fry cheese in hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and place on plates. Drizzle the pesto marinade over it and garnish if necessary
