Mango smoothie with yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 ripe mangoes (approx. 500 g each)
  • 4 juice oranges or about 400 ml orange juice
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 150 g creamy yoghurt

Directions

    Peel mangoes. Cut the flesh all around the fibrous stone and dice roughly. Halve the oranges and squeeze the juice

    Puree the mango cubes and half of the orange juice in a tall mixing bowl. Stir in the rest of the juice. Season to taste with honey. Pour smoothie into four glasses. Stir the yoghurt until smooth and add it as a blob before serving
