Finely dice the bacon and fry it crisply in a pan without fat. Let it cool down a bit. Place the Rösti pastry in a bowl and knead the bacon. Form small roast titbits. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Rösti in it for 3-4 minutes on each side one after the other.
In the meantime mix crème fraîche and yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Wash the dill, chop finely and stir in. Arrange the roast titbits on salad leaves. Add a dab of dill cream and caviar to each leaf and serve garnished with dill as desired
