Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, coarse pepper
  • 3 discs cooked ham (approx. 50 g each)
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 8 small round discs of pumpernickel

Directions

    Wash the dill and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Mix cream cheese with chopped dill and possibly some salt and pepper until smooth

    Spread the cream cheese on the ham slices and spread evenly. Roll up firmly and chill briefly

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the lettuce and drain well

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Arrange lettuce leaves and tomato slices on 4 plates and sprinkle with the marinade

    Cut ham rolls into thick slices. Arrange on the salad plates with 2 slices of pumpernickel each. Garnish with remaining dill

    Drink: cold beer
