Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Onions (approx. 180 g)
  • 4 Pineapple rings (canned)
  • 4 Turkey steaks (approx. 140 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 80 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • baking paper

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Drain the pineapple. Wash and dry the turkey steaks. Heat the oil. Fry the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and remove.

    Fry the onion rings in the frying fat until golden brown and remove. Toast the bread. Grate cheese. Place toasts on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Place a steak, 1/4 of the onion rings and 1 pineapple ring on each.

    Sprinkle cheese over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 250 ° C/ gas: level 5) for 5-8 minutes. Clean, wash and pat dry the salad. Clean, wash and slice the tomato.
