  • 75 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 20 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 20 g Walnut kernel halves
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 15 g Parmesan cheese
  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean lamb's lettuce and wash very thoroughly. Lightly roast almonds and walnuts in a pan without fat. Peel garlic. Puree lettuce, garlic, nuts, parmesan and oil and season with salt and pepper
