Ingredients

  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Nut Nougat Cream
  • 300 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Finely chop the chocolate. Place the nougat cream in a small bowl and stir over a warm water bath for 1-2 minutes until creamy, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. In the meantime whip the cream until stiff. Fold chocolate first, then cream into the nougat cream. E.g. serve with sponge cake
