Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 5 Bag of peppermint tea
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Peppermint liqueur
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cream and cream firming agent (e.g. "san-apart")
  • 100 g Chocolate Mint Bars
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Pour 150 ml of boiling water over tea bags and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes. Let it cool down

    Mix yoghurt, crème fraîche, tea and possibly liqueur. Stir in icing sugar and setting agent. Chop and fold in mint bars, except for 4

    Pour the cream into glasses and chill for about 10 minutes. Decorate with rest of mint tablets and possibly mint
