Lasagne au Chevez

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 700 ml Water
  • 12 Dough sheets
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 small can/s Corn
  • 200 g shredded cheese
  • 3 small Tomatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 bag/s Kania Fix

Directions

    Fry the minced meat in hot oil in a saucepan.

    Cut onions and tomatoes into small cubes. Drain can of corn.

    Add onions and fry briefly, then add water and Fix and bring to the boil. Add corn and tomatoes. Then simmer for 1 minute at low heat.

    Pour the sauce alternately with dough plates into an ovenproof dish (start with sauce).

    Spread crème fraîche over it and then sprinkle with the grated cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven (180°) until the cheese is nice and yellow-brown. Serve with a green salad. Bon appetit!
