Sweet sandwich of lemon cake

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 Tube (200 g) Glaze for cakes and pastries Fine bitter (calculate approx. 50 g)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 (400 g) ready lemon cake
  • 250 g Red fruit jelly (from the glass)
  • 8 Peach halves (approx. 60 g each; from the can)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Bring water to the boil in a pot, melt the chocolate icing in it for 10 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff and allow vanilla sugar to trickle in. Stir in yoghurt. Cut cake into 8 pieces.

    Spread red fruit jelly on top. Place peaches on top. Put a blob of cream on each piece. Spray chocolate icing in strips over the sandwich. Decorate with mint.
