Bring water to the boil in a pot, melt the chocolate icing in it for 10 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff and allow vanilla sugar to trickle in. Stir in yoghurt. Cut cake into 8 pieces.
Spread red fruit jelly on top. Place peaches on top. Put a blob of cream on each piece. Spray chocolate icing in strips over the sandwich. Decorate with mint.
