Clean and wash the salad and cut into fine strips. Peel carrots and cut them into thin sticks. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into thin rings. For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar and 3 tablespoons of cold water with salt, pepper and sugar.
Embezzle oil and horseradish. Carefully mix prepared salad ingredients and vinaigrette and arrange on plates. Serve with 1 slice of roast beef.
