Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg mixed berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. red and black
  • 7-10 Tbsp Currants, strawberries,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Blackberries, Raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp or blueberries)
  • 500 g Sour cherries
  • 1 (500 g) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Diet Gelling Fructose
  • 1 (5 g) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Citric acid

Directions

    Wash the berries, drain well and clean if necessary. Weigh 1 kg mixed berries

    Wash, clean and stone the cherries. Weigh 400 g cherries. Put berries and cherries in a large pot. Add fructose and citric acid and mix well

    Bring the fruit mass to the boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Then boil for exactly 3 minutes while stirring until bubbly. Remove the pot from the stove and continue stirring for 1 minute

    Immediately fill the jam to the brim into prepared twist-off jars. Close tightly and leave to cool upside down for approx. 15 minutes. While cooling down, turn over several times if necessary, so that the fruits are evenly distributed. Store jam in a cool and dark place
