Tomato spaghetti with turkey

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. spaghetti)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g smoked
  • 7-10 Tbsp Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 2 (each 370 g) Packages
  • 7-10 Tbsp chunky tomatoes
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried
  • 7-10 Tbsp Italian herb mixture or oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp some Tabasco
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sage for garnishing

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into thin rings. Cut turkey cold cuts into coarse strips

    Heat the oil in a wide saucepan. Sauté spring onions in it while turning. Add the chopped tomatoes and herb mixture. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes at medium heat.

    Add the turkey breast cold cuts to the tomato sauce, heat briefly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and Tabasco

    Drain the pasta well. Mix with the tomato sauce. Arrange and garnish with sage leaves if necessary

    Drink: apple juice spritzer or mineral water
