Ingredients

  • 1 kg Meat Tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) baby onion
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 potty Thyme
  • 4-5 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 100 g black olives
  • 175 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Peel onions and cut them into slices as well. Wash parsley and thyme, dab dry and chop coarsely. Mix vinegar with salt and pepper. Add herbs, except for something to sprinkle.

    Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix the tomatoes, onions and olives in a large bowl with the vinaigrette and leave to stand for 20-30 minutes. Season the salad again with salt and pepper and crumble the feta cheese over the salad. Serve sprinkled with remaining herbs. Serve with fresh baguette or flat bread
