Ingredients

  • 70 g Pasta (for example: penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 (125 g) scoop of mozzarella
  • 2 leaves Picking salad and radicchio
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Beet Cress

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, then drain. In the meantime, clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into cubes. Wash lettuce leaves and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

    Whip vinegar and oil for the marinade. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix prepared salad ingredients and marinade. Serve sprinkled with cress
